I'm a certified accountant turned advanced clinical hypnotherapist, which means I spent decades learning to spot patterns in complex systems before I started doing it for people instead of spreadsheets.
I'm an NLP practitioner, a Havening™️ Techniques practitioner, and I'm trauma-informed. I'm also neurodivergent, post-menopausal, and I've had the meltdown during a work meeting.
