You're booked. Good. Take a breath.

Four sessions. That's not a small decision, and your body knows it. You've committed to actually doing something about this rather than just thinking about doing something about it, and that's worth acknowledging.

Here's what happens next:

You'll get a confirmation email shortly. If it doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your spam folder before you decide the universe is against you.

Your first session is already in the diary. We'll start with a proper case history so I understand what's actually going on for you right now, and we'll go from there at a pace that works for you. You don't need to have it figured out before we start. That's what the sessions are for.

A couple of things that'll make the session more comfortable:

Find a seat with a supported back, and if you've got a cushion for neck support, use it. Relaxing shouldn't give you a cricked neck or leave you dribbling on yourself.

Position your phone or laptop so I can see you from the waist up, and keep it plugged in. A flat battery mid-session is nobody's idea of a breakthrough moment.
