You're booked. Good. Take a breath.

Honestly, booking this took more out of you than it should have, and you probably second-guessed yourself at least twice before you hit the button. That's not weakness, that's a nervous system that's been running on high alert for too long. It's also exactly why you're here.

Here's what happens next:

You'll get a confirmation email shortly with all the details. If it doesn't land in your inbox within the next few minutes, check your spam folder (it happens, it's not personal).

The session is fifty minutes. Before we start, we'll establish exactly what we're working on and what a shift would look and feel like for you, so we're both clear on what we're aiming for. You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just turn up.

A couple of things that'll make the session more comfortable:

Find a seat with a supported back, and if you've got a cushion for neck support, use it. Relaxing shouldn't give you a cricked neck or leave you dribbling on yourself.

Position your phone or laptop so I can see you from the waist up, and keep it plugged in. A flat battery mid-session is nobody's idea of a breakthrough moment.
